Is the neighborhood safe?
We do our best to maintain a safe environment for our community by providing ample lighting, security patrols, and onsite staff. All residents have been screened, and Quail Run Apartments will not hesitate to invite misbehaving residents to live elsewhere.
We have found that the instances that do occur here are “crimes of opportunity” where an item may have been left exposed and unattended.

How many apartments are there?
Quail Run has 296 “garden style walk-up” apartments, built upon 13 acres. They are grouped into buildings of 8 units, and every unit has a private entrance. Quail Run offers a variety of one and two bedroom apartments to choose from.

Is Quail Run gated?
Although we have considered making Quail Run a gated community, law enforcement and other gated complexes maintain that gates do not eliminate “crimes of opportunity”. It seems to be the consensus among law enforcement that gates would do nothing more than slow residents coming and going from their homes.

Does Quail Run have security?
Yes, we have security patrolling the grounds.

Which utilities does Quail Run pay?
Quail Run takes care of California’s “three biggies” without any hidden charges. These include all water, all normal household garbage and sewer.

Does Quail Run accept cosigners?
We do not accept cosigners as each resident has proven responsibility and credit worthiness.

Are there apartments available?
At any given time, Quail Run has at least one of every apartment design available for rent.

Can I move in today?
Since we are capable of obtaining all pertinent information seven days a week, it is possible to move in immediately. However, it depends on how quickly all your rental and occupational references respond to our requests.

Can I choose the apartment I want?
We want you to have the best living experience possible at Quail Run and ensure that your needs are met, so you are always welcome to choose from all available units.

The library is a little over a quarter mile away; only a ten minute stroll along the walkway on our northern boundary.

Who lives at Quail Run?
Our small community hosts an extraordinarily wide range of residents, not only including police officers, doctors, nurses, teachers, store managers, retail personnel, and military crew members, but retired folks and new households as well.

Are there many children at Quail Run?
We allow for diverse households and by law cannot discriminate against our residents, including children. We do expect all residents who live here to respect rules of good citizenship and neighborly awareness, and we will intercede if necessary.

What kind of households reside at Quail Run?
We do not track the number of single or married households residing here. The ratio is estimated to be similar to any other neighborhood or community.

Does Quail Run accept pets?
We try to accommodate most animals including cats, birds and other pets. Unfortunately, however, while many of us at Quail Run love dogs, Quail Run has found that they tend to be too disruptive due to barking and owners forgetting to pick up after them, which forces us not to allow them.

Does Quail Run have a swimming pool?
Quail Run has two swimming pools, a spa and a steam room that are open to residents between 10am and 10pm. We also provide fenced play-areas for younger children.

Is there an area to wash my car at Quail Run?
Yes. Our only request is that residents use a hose nozzle to conserve water when washing their cars.

Are there washer/dryer hookups?
All residents have 24-hour access, everyday, to two laundry facilities with modern equipment on site. In order to keep our residents’ electricity costs and expenses down, we do not operate our laundry facilities as a profit center, and only provide the laundry facilities as a convenience to our residents.

What are Quail Run’s office hours?
Regular hours are 10am-6pm everyday, including weekends, and by appointment. We observe several holidays including Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and 4th of July.

What are Quail Run’s maintenance hours?
Quail Run maintenance staff is normally available from 10am-6pm everyday, including weekends, and by appointment. In case of a serious maintenance emergency, the staff is always accessible through the office phone number and our answering service.

How is management at Quail Run?
As an owner-managed complex, we treat people the way we wish to be treated ourselves. Key management includes a Certified Property Manager and boasts a combined forty-plus years of hands-on experience managing Quail Run.

Do staff live on site?
Although we do not require our staff to live on site, the majority of our staff loves Quail Run enough to make it their own home.
